Job Summary

The inside sales executive should be one with a biomedical engineering background and will be responsible to generate qualified leads, interact with potential and existing clients through email, phone calls, social media etc.

  • Research and identify new business/sales lead
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  • Actively source/prospect for new sales opportunities through cold-calling, telemarketing and emailing.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Qualify new leads from social media campaigns, webinars, conferences etc
  • Advise customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Followup on new business leads by calling, setting up meetings (virtual/physical), demos presentation to a prospect
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospects regularly updating the database


  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Proven sales experience with medical equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
